Ana Portals begins her most personal project with a surprising, traditional and joyful model. Solleiros, a gastronomical space with an open concept and craft production located at San Miguel dos Agros Square, 9, Santiago de Compostela.

The most personal project from the cook Ana Portals is committed to a unique model, traditional and joyful; an avantgarde galician cuisine concept, where a corn pie at the terrace can coexist with the most surprising dishes at the dining room.
A new concept for a culinary meeting space that wants to reach all palates, the most exquisite ones and also the traditional products’ lovers. Craft production and the concept of open kitchen are the essence of a first approach to the rhythm that Solleiros creates.
